This website, pinestatemetalroofing.com, is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group. We are a referral service that connects Maine homeowners with independent local metal roofing professionals. We do not perform roofing work.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, town or region, property type, current roof type, and approximate distance to saltwater. Our hosting and form providers also process technical data such as IP addresses and page-visit data as part of operating the site.

How we use it

We use your information to send your request to an independent local metal roofing professional, to follow up on your inquiry, and to improve the service. If you consent on the form, Compass Camper LLC and the professional we send your request to may contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by automated calls and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by asking to be removed during any call.

Who we share it with

Your quote request is shared with the independent local metal roofing professional we connect you with, for the purpose of scheduling your free assessment. Service providers that help us operate the site also process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery) and Web3Forms (form processing). We do not sell your information to lead lists.

How long we keep it

We retain quote requests and consent records for at least five years, consistent with federal guidance on telephone consent recordkeeping, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

• Opt out of calls at any time: ask to be removed during any call.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep for legal reasons.
