We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing installation, repair, or service work, and we do not supervise, employ, or control the professionals we refer.

3. Your contract is with the professional

Any estimate, contract, schedule, workmanship, or warranty is between you and the professional you hire. We are not a party to that contract. Maine's Home Construction Contracts Act requires a written, signed contract for home construction work over $3,000; read yours before signing.

4. No warranty

The site and the matching service are provided as is. We do not warrant the work of any professional, and we do not warrant that the information on this site, although sourced and checked, fits your specific building. Site conditions vary; rely on the written estimate and contract for your project.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of an independent professional.
